The following information is intended to
identify problems and remedy
malfunctions. If the problem cannot be
rectified, have the power tool checked
by your servicing dealer.
1)
Fault Diagnosis
In the event of a malfunction, use the
controller to check the following
components and connections for faults.
Starting the fault diagnosis
N Move switch on controller to ON.
N Use menu navigation to call up the
following
N Push and hold down the control
lever for about 3 seconds until you
hear several rapid beeps in quick
succession and the following
message appears on the display.
N Release the control lever.
Diagnosis of the components then runs
automatically and continues to run in a
loop until it is finished. To end the
diagnosis, move the control lever in any
direction.
Battery fault diagnosis
The electrical connection between the
battery and control unit is tested in this
phase.
Fault diagnosis of power cord to electric
motor
The electrical connection of the power
cord between the control unit and motor
is tested in this phase.
Fault diagnosis of power cord to trigger
The electrical connection of the power
cord between the control unit and the
trigger is tested in this phase.
Fault diagnosis of control unit
The control unit is tested in this phase.
