INSPECTION AND
MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
The chart indicates the intervals
between periodic services in
miles (kilometers) and months. At
the end of each interval, be sure
to inspect, check, lubricate and
service as instructed. If your
motorcycle is used under high
stress conditions such as continu-
ous full throttle operation, or is
operated in a dusty climate, cer-
tain services should be performed
more often to ensure reliability of
the machine as explained in the
maintenance section. Your Suzuki
dealer can provide you with fur-
ther guidelines. Steering compo-
nents, suspension and wheel
components are key items and
require very special and careful
servicing. For maximum safety we
suggest that you have these items
inspected and serviced by your
authorized Suzuki dealer or quali-
fied service mechanic.
