CABLE ROUTING
1 Throttle cable (Pulling cable) 5 Radiator overflow hose
2 Throttle cable (Returning cable) 6 Cable guide
3 Hot starter cable a 2 – 3 mm (0.08 – 0.12 in)
4 Clutch cable b 14 – 16 mm (0.55 – 0.63 in)

*1 Bind the engine stop switch lead wire and clutch cable (White taping position) with the clamp.
*2 Bind the hot starter cable and wiring harness with the clamp.
*3 Pass the hot starter cable inside of frame bridge.
*4 Pass the clutch cable between radiator bracket and frame.
*5 Pass the overflow hose and wiring harness between radiator hose and frame.
*6 Pass the overflow hose between engine mounting lower bracket.
*7 Align the matching marks on the clutch cable inside of the cable guide.
*8 Pass the throttle cable and hot starter cable inside of the cable guide.
*9 Contact the cable guide stopper to frame.
