4. Once the correct password is displayed, press the ENTER key. If the password was
correctly entered, the following message will be displayed:
CALIBRATION UNLOCKED
Calibration can now be executed.
5. Press EXIT to return to normal display. Calibration will be unlocked and will assume
the states summarized in Table 2-2. Attempts to change any of the settings listed below
with calibration unlocked will result in an error +510, "Not permitted with cal
unlocked."
NOTE With
calibratio
n unlocked, the sense function and range track the source function and
range. That is, when :SOUR:FUNC is set to VOLT, the :SENS:FUNC setting will be
'VOLT:DC'. When :SOUR:FUNC is set to CURR, the :SENS:FUNC setting will be
'CURR:DC'. A similiar command coupling exists for :SOUR:VOLT:RANG/
:SENS:VOLT:RANG/ and SOUR:CURR:RANG/:SENS:CURR:RANG.
