5800TurfSprayer.
4.Movethethrottlelevertothemaximumsetting.
5.TurntheBoomOn/OffswitchestotheOff
position.
6.TurntheMan/RateswitchtoMan.
7.TurnthePowerOn/OffswitchtotheOnposition.
8.TurntheSprayPumpControlswitchtotheOn
position.
9.Ensurethatyouhaveenteredthepropervaluesfor
thecorrectboomwidthandcalibrationsforMeter
Cal,Rate1,andRate2.
10.Usetheself-testfeatureasdescribedintheOperator’s
ManualfortheMulti-Pro5800TurfSprayerfor
testingthespraysystemwhilethevehicleisnot
moving.
Note:Theself-testfeaturesimulatesspeedsothat
thesystemmaybetestedwithoutmoving.This
featurewillclearitselfwhenthespeedsensordetects
thatthevehicleisinmotion.Aspeedcalibration
valuegreaterthanorequalto900(USorTU)or230
(SI)isrecommendedwhenoperatinginthismode.

14.TurntheMasterBoomControl(foot)switchtothe
Offposition.
15.TurntheAgitationswitchtotheOnposition.
Note:Thesystemstartsthepumpandincreases
thepumpspeeduntilthepumpreachesthepreset
agitationpressure.Thesystemgoestothispressure
whentheboomsareoffandthepumpandagitation
areon.
Fortheinitialsystemsetting,notethepressureon
thepressuregauge.Turntheagitationbypassvalve
tothesamepressureasitwasbefore.Ifyouwant
toreducetheagitationorincreasethesupplyto
theboomforlargeapplicationrates,youcanalso
partiallyclosetheagitationballvalve.
