youtoreducetheamountofclippingscollected
byvaryingdegrees.Theadvantagesincludeless
frequentemptyingofthehopperandthereturnof
nutrientstothesoil.
Thefollowingarepossiblecongurations:
•Bafesopenwithstandardblades—maximum
collection
•Bafesclosedwithstandardblades—partial
mulching
•Bafesclosedwithmulchblades—intermediate
mulching
•Mulchpluginstalledwithmulchblades—complete
mulching(requiresmulchkit)
AdjusttheFRSbafesasfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
thePTO,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Loosentheboltsattachedtotherubberguard
(Figure10).
4.Foldtheguardforward.
