Troubleshooting after
installation
The system does not start
The power indicator in the room controller is off
• There is no AC power to the room controller
1. Check that the room controller is connected to AC power
2. Check the wiring in the 230 V compartment
3. Check that there is 230 V AC power in the wall socket
There is 230 V AC power in the wall socket
• Blown room controller fuse or faulty power cable

Replace the fuse and/or power cable and plug
The thermostat is faulty
Channel LEDs in the room controller continue
flashing
• The thermostat is not correctly installed

Connect the thermostat directly to the room controller with
a short bus connection to verify thermostat functionality.
If the thermostat functions correctly check the existing
wiring (cable and connections) before replacing the wiring,
otherwise replace the thermostat.
External comfort/ECO switch doesn't work
The system doesn't switch between Comfort and
ECO mode
• More than one Comfort/ECO switch is connected to the system
(to the GPI and public thermostat system device)

Select one of the switches (either GPI or public thermostat
system device) and uninstall the other one (only one
swtich in the system is supported)
14.3 Digital thermostat alarms/
problems
An alarm is sent when more than 1 hours have elapsed since the
room controller communicated with the thermostat.
