5.8 Uart Cache
When the TCP connection is not established, the data received by the serial port will be placed in the cache.
The serial cache is dynamic and cached according to the size of the packet. When the packet length is 10Byte,
200 packets (2KB) can be cached, and when the length is 1460Byte, 5 packets (7.3KB) can be cached. After the
TCP connection is established, the cache data can be set whether to clean up or not according to the
customer's requirements.
This function defaults to be disabled. And it will be invalid when enable short connection in TCP Client or
HTTPD Client mode.
