IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM
Connecting the Plug and Cord
WARNING: THIS APPARATUS MUST BE EARTHED IMPOR-
TANT. The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance
with the following code:
GREEN-AND-YELLOW : EARTH
BLUE : NEUTRAL
BROWN : LIVE
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this apparatus
may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the
terminals in your plug proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured GREEN-and-YELLOW must be
connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked by the
letter E or by the safety earth symbol or colored GREEN or
GREEN-and-YELLOW.
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured BLACK.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured RED.
This device has a built-in backup battery that maintains internal clock data even when the device’s power is switched off.
However, the backup battery will eventually become depleted, and when that happens the internal clock data will be reset.
Replace the backup battery before it becomes fully depleted.
When the backup battery is running low, the LCD display indicates “Low Battery” when you start up the system. In this case,
immediately save the data to a USB memory. The average life of the backup battery is approximately five years, depending
on operating conditions.

BACKUP BATTERY（バックアップバッテリー）
Functionality can be restricted for users other than the administrator at three levels of security: administrator, guest, and user. Passwords can be specifi ed
for the administrator and for users to help prevent important settings from being changed accidentally.
Information specifi c to each user (user level, system settings, and user-defi ned key/knob settings) can be stored on the unit or on a USB fl ash drive as a “user
authentication key.” By loading your own user authentication key, you can instantly reconfi gure the unit for your own ideal operating environment.
Since the password and user level may have been set up by the user, borrow a USB memory device where the “password” and “user
authentication key” are stored from the user during service implementation.
ユーザーのレベルを管理者、ゲスト、一般ユーザーの 3 段階に分け、管理者以外のユーザーが操作できる機能を制限できます。管理者と一
般ユーザーについてはパスワードが設定できるため、不用意に重要な設定を変えられてしまうことを防げます。
また、「ユーザー認証キー」と呼ばれるユーザーごとの各種情報（ユーザーレベル、環境設定、USER DEFINED キー／ノブの設定内容）
を本体や USB メモリーに保存できます。自分のユーザー認証キーを読み込むことで、使い勝手を含めた操作環境を再現できます。
ユーザーがパスワードやユーザーレベルを設定している場合がありますので、サービス実施時には、ユーザーから「パスワード」および「ユー
ザー認証キー」を記憶してある USB 記憶装置を借りてください。

この機器はバックアップバッテリーを内蔵しており、電源を切った状態でも内蔵時計のデータは保持されます。
ただし、バックアップバッテリーが消耗すると内蔵時計のデータがリセットされますので、消耗する前にバックアップバッ
テリーを交換する必要があります。
バックアップバッテリーが消耗してくると、機器の起動時にディスプレイに「LowBattery」が表示されます。その場合は、
すぐにデータを USB メモリーに保存してください。
本体を通電していない場合のバックアップバッテリーの寿命の目安は約 5 年ですが、使用環境などにより変動する場合が
あります。
