Positioning
The Zip Aquapoint should be installed vertically with the electrical cover panel and water
connections underneath.
Theunitisdesignedtobewallmountedusingthewallxingssuppliedwiththeproduct.
Ensurethatthewallwheretheunitistobelocatedissufcientlystrongtosupportthefull
weightoftheunit(seedimensions)andcapableofacceptingsuitablexings.
PositiontheZipAquapointtoallowforprovisionofthecoldwatersupply,dischargettings
and pipework as well as access for future maintenance, repair of the unit or its replacement.
Reasonable clearance will be required to give access to pressure controls, element assembly,
draining facility, pipe connections and expansion vessel.
A gap of 250mm should be left between the top of the unit and the ceiling. A gap of 350mm
shouldbeleftbetweenthebottomoftheunitandanyoororworksurface.
Do not install in a location where the unit or connecting pipework can freeze.
FixtheZipAquapointhotwatercylinderlocatingbrackettothewallwithsuitablexingsas
shown in the diagram and table of dimensions below.

Position the Zip Aquapoint securely on the locating bracket.
Theexpansionvesselshouldbesecurelyttedtoasuitableandconvenientwallusingthe
ttingssuppliedandpositionedtoenableitsconnectiontothecoldinletset.
