4.3 Abdeckring ersetzen
- Rotorblock ausbauen (s. Abschn. 4.1).
Durch die entstandene Öffnung im Gasaustrittsgehäu-
se (61000) kann der Abdeckring (57000) ausge-
baut werden (s. Fig 5-6).
VTC 304 P:
+ Befestigungsschrauben (51011) mit Verbusripp-
scheiben (51012) am Berstschutz (57200) entsi-
chern und entfernen ( s.Fig. 5-6)
+ Berstschutz (57200) entfernen.
VTC 254/P, 304P:
+ Schrauben (51002) mit Verbusripp-Scheiben
(51013) und Drehsicherung (51004) entfernen.
VTC 214, 304:
+ Sicherungsblech (51003) aufbiegen und Schrau-
ben (51002) mit Drehsicherung (51004) entfernen.
- Abdeckring (57000) entfernen.
- Beschädigter Abdeckring ersetzen.
In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen-
bauen.
Vorsicht ! Zur Sicherung der Schrauben immer
neue Sicherungsbleche verwenden !
Hinweis Schrauben zum Berstschutz (51011)
und Abdeckring (51002) vor der Monta-
ge mit keramischer Paste bestreichen.
Das Festfressen der Befestigungs-
schrauben wird dadurch verhindert.
4.3 Replacing the cover ring
- Remove the cartridge group (see sec. 4.1).
After having separated the cartridge group from the
gas outlet casing (61000) the cover ring (57000)
can be removed through the now existing aperture
inthegasoutletcasing(seeg.5-6).
VTC 304P:
+ Releasethexingscrews(51011)withverbusripp
washers (51012) from the burst protection (57200)
andremovethem.(seeg.5-6)
+ Remove the burst protection (57200).
VTC 254/P, 304P:
+ Remove the screws (51002) with the Verbusripp
washer (51013) and locking plates (51004).
VTC 214, 304:
+ Bend up the locking plate (51003) and remove the
screws (51002) with the locking plates (51004).
- Remove the cover ring (57000).
- Have damaged cover ring replaced.
Follow these instructions in the reverse order for as-
sembly.
Caution ! Always use new locking plates for secu-
ring the screws !
Note Before assembly coat the burst pro-
tection screws (51011) and the cover
ring screws (51002) with ceramic pa-
ste. This prevents siezing of the xing
screws.
