5 Rotorblock demontieren und
montieren
Hinweis Die Demontage und Montage des Ro-
torblockes ist nur mit dem erweiterten
Werkzeugsatz möglich.
5.1 Verdichterradsatz
demontieren
- Rotorblock (42000) ausbauen (s. Abschn. 4.1).
- Ev. vorhandene Kappe (25004) entfernen (s. Fig.
5-8/1).
- Rotor mit Hakenschlüssel (90080) an der Rad-
büchse (25002) festhalten und 6kt-Bundschraube
(21002) mit Steckschlüssel demontieren.
- Deckel der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung
(90020) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-8/2).
- Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020) bis zum
Anschlag in die Radbüchse (25002) einschrauben
und mit Hakenschlüssel (90080) festziehen.
- Kolben der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung
(90020) mit 6kt-Stiftschlüssel bis zum Anschlag
eindrehen.
- Deckel der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung
(90020) wieder montieren.
- Schlauch der Hydraulikpumpe (90023) am Deckel
der Montage-Demontage-Vorrichtung (90020) an-
schliessen (s. Fig. 5-8/3).
- Hebel der hydraulischen Handpumpe (90023)
so lange betätigen bis sich der Verdichterradsatz
(25000) von der Welle gelöst hat.
Vorsicht ! Unter keinen Umständen eine Verlän-
gerung am Pumpenhebel anbringen!
5 Disassembling and assem-
bling cartridge group
Note Disassembling and assembling of the
cartridge group is possible only with the
extended set of tools.
5.1 Removing
the set of compressor wheels
- Remove the cartridge group (42000) (see sec.
4.1).
- Ev.removethecap(25004)(seeg.5-8/1).
- Retain the rotor at the bushing (25002) wirh the
C-spanner (90080) and remove the hex.-headed
collar screw (21002) with the box spanner.
- Remove the cover of the assembly-disassembly
device(90020)(seeg.5-8/2).
- Screw in the assembly-disassembly device
(90020) into the wheel bush (25002) up to the limit
andtightenitrmlywiththeC-spanner(90080).
- With an Allen key screw in the piston of the assem-
bly-disassembly device (90020) up to the limit.
- Fit the cover back to the assembly-disassembly
device (90020).
- Connect the hose of the hydraulic pump (90023)
to the cover of the assembly-disassembly device
(90020)(seeg.5-8/3).
- Actuate the lever of the hydraulic pump (90023)
until the the set of compressor wheel (25000)
detaches from the shaft.
Caution ! By all means do not extend the pump
lever!
