Microwave Power Levels
Your microwave oven has 10 cook power levels to let you cook or heat a wide
variety of foods. Refer to the chart below for suggestions:

4•Thawing meat, poultry and seafood.

• Cooking pork chops, roast.
2•Taking chill out of fruit.
• Softening butter.
1•Keeping casseroles and main dishes warm.
• Softening butter and cream cheese.

Stage Cooking
Stage cooking allows consecutive
cooking cycles without interruption.
Two different cooking cycles can be
used.
To use stage cooking:
