Headlight adjustment (03_33)
For a quick check of the correct direction
of the front light beams, place the vehicle
ten metres from a vertical wall and make
sure the ground is level.
Turn on the low-beam light, sit on the ve-
hicle and check that the light beam pro-
jected to the wall is a little below the
headlight horizontal straight line (about
9/10 of the total height).

Voor een snelle controle van de correcte
richting van de lichtbundel vooraan,
plaats men het voertuig op tien meter af-
stand van een verticale wand, en contro-
leert men of het terrein vlak is.
Ontsteek het dimlicht, ga op het voertuig
zitten en controleer of de lichtbundel die
op de wand wordt geprojecteerd zich iets
onder de horizontale lijn van de koplamp
bevindt (ongeveer 9/10 van de totale
hoogte).
To adjust the light beam:
•
Use a screwdriver to act on the
corresponding screws «1» on
the front wheel housing.
SCREW it (clockwise) to raise the light
beam.
UNSCREW it (anticlockwise) to lower the
light beam.
Voor het regelen van de lichtbundel:
•
Handel met een schroeven-
draaier op de speciale bouten
«1» die zich op de voorste wiel-
kast bevinden.
Door haar VAST TE DRAAIEN (in wij-
zerszin) wordt de lichtbundel verhoogd.
Door haar LOS TE DRAAIEN (in tegen-
wijzerszin) wordt de lichtbundel verlaagd.
