Stand alone circuit
Quick start example
A quick start is sufficient when performing basic tasks such as the following:
■ Power supply
■ For batch counting
■ To identify re-hits
■ To identify loosening of screws
Always press F1 to confirm input and to select and activate the desired function. In order to skip not used
functions as ( ) and ( ) press F1. After finishing the programming hold F1 for more than one sec-
ond.
1. Find a suitable place for the EBL RE-DRIVE, set it up with a screwdriver, connect it to power. Switch
it ON.
2. Press Reset and F1 at the same time.

Release Reset while still keeping F1 pressed down, until appears. Now release F1, and
(batch number) will appear.

* Set Batch Number ( ) Set the number of screws to be tightened. Setting range: 1 to 99. Set the
position for 10 and 1, by pressing F2 (x10) and F3 (x1). Ex: For [image] 12, press F2 once and F3
twice.
5.
* Set Re-hit Timer ( ) Setting range: 0.01 to 0.99 s. This timer setting prevents counting the sec-
ond tightening of a screw due to re-hit tightening. Set desired minimum time span per tightening. Ex:
For 0.15 s, ( 15), press F2 once and F3 five times.
6.
* Set Reverse Timer ( ) Setting range: 0.1 to 1.0 s. Set minimum time span for loosening a screw.
This will enable the counter to handling loosening of screw. Press F3 for 0.1 s. Ex: For 0,5 s, (
0,5), press F3 five times.
