■ Reverse flow measurement
The MCF can measure a reverse flow rate up to -30 % of the full-scale flow rate.
The nominal display accuracy and repeatability for reverse flow under standard
conditions ( chapter 7, Specifications) are shown below, as compared with the
display accuracy and repeatability for normal flow.

■ Expansion of flow rate range
The MCF can expand the measurable flow rate range up to 200 % of the full-scale
flow rate. The nominal display accuracy for the expanded flow under standard con-
ditions ( chapter 7, Specifications) is shown below, as compared with display
accuracy for normal flow. Repeatability is included in this accuracy figure.
