Work plug 1 with the cable

through tail bottom section 2

until clear.

with alarm system (DWA)

Disconnect plug 1 for the anti-

theft alarm.

NOTICE

Before disconnecting the plug for

the anti-theft alarm, check that

DWA has been deactivated in the

SETUP MENU.

Remove screw 4.

Remove anti-theft alarm 2, dis-

engaging it from bracket 3.

Disengage plug 1 for the

number-plate carrier.

Remove body-bound rivet 2.

Remove bracket 3 for the anti-

theft alarm.

Remove screws 4 with wash-

ers 3.

Remove number-plate carrier 2

and work cable leg 1 out until

clear.

Install the rear seat ( 61).

Installing number-plate

Make sure the ground is level

and firm and place the motor-

cycle on its stand.
