CONNECTION TO SPEAKERS
The Connect 5.1 offers you the possibility to connect up to 8 Smart loudspeakers
wireless and further 6 active loudspeakers or amplifiers by Chinch cable to a large
home cinema set.
Notes:
• Before connecting Canton Smart speakers to the Connect 5.1, make sure that
the Smart speaker to be connected is not connected to the power supply.
Connect Smart speakers wirelessly or active speakers via Chinch:

Please go to the main menu by pressing the „M“ button. Now select the menu
item „Output Setup“ [OPS] and press „OK“.

Select „Speaker Config“ [SPC] and press „OK“.

Please select the new speaker(s) to be connected and press „OK“.

Now you can use the „+/–“ button to set the speaker type of the speaker to be
connected. The following are available:
Front, Center, Surround, Rear:
• Smart (wireless with automatic size detection)
• Large (floorstanding loudspeaker)
• Small (shelf speaker)
• Off (if a speaker is not present in the setup)
Top Front, Top Rear:
• Smart (wireless with automatic size detection)
• Ceiling loudspeaker
• Upfire (Dolby Atmos
®
enabled loudspeaker)
• Off
