Release the stopper and pull the battery from
the camera.
• Take care so you do not drop the battery.

Load a new battery into the camera (page 38).

using the battery for the first time.
NOTE
• The term “battery” in this manual refers to the CASIO
NP-20 Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery.
• Use only the battery charger (BC-11L) or the USB
cradle (CA-32) that comes with the camera to charge
the special NP-20 rechargeable lithium ion battery.
Never use any other charging device.
