14. Repair & Cleaning
BE THE CHANGE
Repair
Before you send your CENTROPIX product for repairs to CENTROPIX or
to an authorized specialist company designated for this purpose, you
must rst carry out the general troubleshooting (see chapter „Trouble-
shooting“). For this purpose, we urge you to contact your supervising
CENTROPIX partner or CENTROPIX by e-mail at rma@centropix.com.
It is important to us to be able to provide optimal service even in the
event of a repair. Therefore, in the event of a repair, a so-called „First
Troubleshooting“ must be carried out by e-mail under
rma@centropix.com.
General rules:
• Replace damaged parts immediately, which you can get from
CENTROPIX.
• Contact the appropriate service point to initiate the repair
process.
• To ensure that you can safely ship your KLOUD for repair,
we recommend that you ship it in its original box.

Cleaning
Regular cleaning is recommended. Make sure that the device is unplugged
during cleaning.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
• Clean and disinfect the KLOUD thoroughly before it is used by
another person.
• Remove lint, hair and small particles from the applicator with the
included cleaning glove. Brush against the line to catch the lint,
with the stroke remove the lint from the glove.
• Abrasives, acidic or alkaline cleaning agents can damage the
KLOUD and must therefore not be used for cleaning.
• Sharp-edged and pointed objects can damage the KLOUD
and should therefore not be used during cleaning.
• When cleaning and disinfecting the KLOUD , make sure
that no liquids enter the control unit. The KLOUD
applicators and associated components are neither water-
proof nor splash-proof! The pads are not washable.
