15. Disposal
This CENTROPIX product, including all parts contained therein
(e.B cables, wires, etc.), comply with the requirements of Directive
2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
When disposing of the appliances or batteries, observe local
regulations. Batteries do not belong in the household waste and
must not be thrown into the open re, otherwise there is a risk of
explosion. Be sure to ensure that the batteries are disposed of
properly.

ERROR POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
No L.E.D.s lighting up after 15 seconds
boottime (after turn on power).
Battery empty Charge battery with charging cable.
Power L.E.D. and indicator L.E.D. ash
and a signal tone sounds.
• Computer error
• The cable connection in the device
interrupted
Switching o and on again.
After connecting to the app (blue L.E.D.
on) the L.E.D. ashes and the connection
is interrupted. (Message in the CENTROPIX-
App).
Bluetooth connection error between app
and KLOUD .
Press the Connect button again, if
necessary, conrm the new connection
on the smartphone/tablet.
Requested program not available
(custom programs).
Program is expired.
Program not booked.
Book the desired program (again) (via App)
or use one of the 5 pre-installed programs.
The device is switched on but does not
start the program.
Establish a connection between
applicator(s), update starts automatically.
The green «OK-LED» ashes. Contact defect in the applicator. Device must be sent to CENTROPIX.
In case of an error message or suspected malfunction, check the following points rst. Errors are generally indicated by acoustic beeps
and two ashing LEDs.
If an error cannot be corrected or can be specically located, please proceed as described in the chapter „Repairs“.
