This Device Meets FCC Guidelines for Exposure to Radio Waves
The IR1800 Series device includes a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed to not exceed the limits for
exposure to radio waves (radio frequency electromagnetic fields) as referenced in FCC Part 1.1310. The
guidelines are based on IEEE ANSI C 95.1 and include a substantial safety margin designed to ensure the
safety of all persons, regardless of age and health.

As per FCC ECFR 2.1091 and 2.1093 exempt criteria, single transmissions are exempted from the RF Exposure
calculation. The calculation consideres 100 percent of the duty cycle for all simultaneous transmission
technology. The RF Exposure Calculation is done without compensating cable and connector losses. The RF
Exposure calculation is performed with the highest supported antenna gain.
