Note: The SNMP community is limited to 15 characters in the PDU and UPS with RMCARD.

Note: If you have firewall software installed, configure the settings to allow access through port 3052

(UDP/TCP), port 8443 (TCP), port 162 (UDP) and port 53566(UDP). The communication between the UPS

RMCARD/PDU/Agent and the Client can only be established when those ports are open.
