Removing the I/O Panel
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the front panel.
3. Remove the optical drive.
4. Remove the secondary hard drive.
5. Remove the primary hard drive.
6. Disconnect the I/O panel cable from its connector on the system board.
7. Remove the screws that secure the I/O panel to the chassis.
8. Remove the I/O panel from the computer.
Replacing the I/O Panel
To replace the I/O panel, perform the above steps in reverse order.
