Prerequisites
NOTE: For computers shipped with M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 SSD installed in slot 4.
NOTE: This slot supports only M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 Solid-state drive and does not support any Optane, SATA, or M.2 2230
Solid-state drive.
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the SD card.
3. Remove the base cover.
NOTE: Follow this procedure only if the computer is shipped without SSD door configuration).
