190°C Fairly hot Small cakes, savoury flans,
(374°F) oven fish.
200°C Hot oven Plain cakes and buns, swiss rolls,
(392°F) fruit pies. High temp. roasting.
215°C Moderately Bread and bread rolls etc., scones,
(419°F) hot oven flaky and rough puff pastry,
Yorkshire pudding.
225°C Very hot Sausage rolls, mince pies, puff
