Positions all standardized registers in the state in which the user finds them at power
on.
*RST
Performs a reset of the device.
WARNING: The unit returns to Local mode, regain control of the device with the
REM command before any other command.

Returns to the NR1 format and in the hexadecimal base the value of the "STB" register
(e.g.: "#H80").
