fromFLIR.ToobtaintheRMAnumberOwnermust
provideanoriginalproofofpurchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofanapparentdefectin
materialsorworkmanship,ortorequestanRMAnumber,visit Purchaserissolelyresponsiblefor
complyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRi
ncludingbut
notlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
ProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayforreturningtoPurchaser
anyProductthatFLIRrepairsorreplacesunderwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,whetherareturnedProdu
ct
iscoveredunder
warranty.IfFLIRdeterminesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunderwarrantyorisotherwiseexcluded
fromwarrantycoverage,FLIRmaychargePurchaserareasonablehandlingfeeandreturntheProductto
Purchaser,atPurchaser’sexpense,orofferPurchasertheoptionofhandlingtheProductasanon‐warrant

rn.FLIRshallnotberesponsibleforanydata,imagesorotherinformationthatmaybestoredonthe
returnedProductwhichwasnotincludedintheProductatthetimeofpurchase.ItisPurchaser’sresponsibility

7.NON‐WARRANTYRETURN.PurchasemayrequestthatFLIRevaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnot
coveredunderwarranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodoinitssolediscretion.BeforePurchaserreturnsaProduct
fornon‐warrantyevaluationandrepair,PurchasermustcontactFLIRbyvi
siting to
requestan
evaluationandobtainanRMA.PurchaserissolelyresponsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovided
byFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingtheProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackaging
andshippingcosts.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednon‐warrantyret
urn,FLIRwill
evaluatetheProductand
contactPurchaserregardingthefeasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwithPurchaser’srequest.
PurchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostofFLIR’sevaluation,forthecostofanyrepairsor
servicesauthorizedbyPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackagingandret
urningthe
ProducttoPurchaser.
Anynon‐warrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforonehundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateof
returnshipmentbyFLIRtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkma nshiponly,subjecttoallofthe
limitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersinthisdocument
