Front head restraints

To raise, pull the head restraint up to the
desired position. To lower, press locking
button 1 and lower the head restraint to
the desired position. Make sure that the
head restraint engages properly when in
position.
The head restraint should be located so
that the top of the head restraint is level
with the top of your head fo optimum
support in the event of an impact.
To remove the head restraint
Press locking button 1 and at the same
time release the retaining clip 2 using a
suitable implement.

To raise, pull the head restraint up to the
fullest extent. Press the locking button 1 to
lower the head restraint. Press the locking
button 2 to remove the head restraint.
MANUAL SEATS
WARNINGS
Use seat covers designed for seats
with side airbags. Have these fitted
by an authorized dealer.
Do not adjust the driver seat when
your vehicle is moving.
Note: Seat covers fitted to your vehicle as
part of a special equipment pack are
washable without removing them from the
seats.
Note: Seat covers are designed and fitted
to work with the seat's existing features and
safety systems, and should not require
adjustment. If seat cover removal and
installation is required, see an authorized
Ford dealer.
