About IP Fax (SIP)
IP Fax (SIP) is a process of sending and receiving faxes using an IP Network in a corporate

machine to relay fax communications between the IP network and the public telephone
network.
Note • The supported SIP server is Cisco MCS7816H3 (Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1).
• The supported VoIP gateway is Cisco CISCO2801-V/K9 (IOS 12.4).
