Detective actuator Indoor unit Main PCB
• On automatic airflow adjustment operation, when
the fan speed other than 0rpm is detected at the
0rpm operation.
• On automatic airflow adjustment operation, when
the fan speed is not reach the target speed, after 2
minutes from the fan started.
• On automatic airflow adjustment operation
operation, when the 750 → of input power is
detected.
Forecast of cause
Fan rotation failure
Fan motor winding open
Indoor unit main PCB
Check point 1. Check the rotation of fan
Rotate the fan by hand when the operation is off. (Check if fan is caught, drop off or locked motor)
If fan or bearing is abnormal, replace it.
Check point 2. Check ambient temperature around the motor
Check excessively high temperature around the motor. (If there is any surrounding equipment that
causes heat.)
Upon the temperature coming down, restart operation.
Check point 3. Check indoor unit fan motor
Check indoor unit fan motor. (Refer to indoor unit fan motor in "Error code table (Outdoor unit: for
36/45 model only)" on page 03-2.)
If indoor unit fan motor is abnormal, replace it.
Check point 4. Replace main PCB
If check point 1-3 does not improve the symptom, change main PCB.
