Check if temporary voltage drop was not generated.
Check if temporary open was not generated.
Check if ground is connected correctly or
there are no related cables near the power line.
Test 1-1 : Turn the power on again?

Test 2 : Replace Main PCB
If Test 1 do not improve the symptom, replace Main PCB(Outdoor unit).
