Verify 22-28VAC on gas valve (black & white wires)
during ignition trial. IF present & no pressure
(manometer attached), replace valve. Otherwise,
replace ICB (pg. 25).
Verify correct flame sensor
Verify that the installed flame sensor is clean and
free of any damage, if flame sensor is damaged
replace (pg. 25). IF good, go to step 12G.
