 Enhanced VCA Mode: For DS-7208/7216HUHI-F/N series DVR, you can check the checkbox
to enable enhanced VCA mode. When you enable it and click Apply, the attention box
pops up as below. Click Yes to apply the function and reboot the device.

If the enhanced VCA mode has been enabled, you can disable it by unchecking the
checkbox. When you disable it and click Apply, the attention box pops up as below. Click
Yes to apply the function and reboot the device.

Step 4 Click the Apply button to save the settings.
17.5 Managing User Accounts
Purpose
There is a default account in the DVR: Administrator. The Administrator user name is admin and
the password is set when you start the device for the first time. The Administrator has the
permission to add and delete user and configure user parameters.
17.5.1 Adding a User
Step 1 Enter the User Management interface.
