STARTING THE ENGINE
2. Move the shift lever to the
NEUTRAL position. The engine
does not start unless the shift lever
is set in the NEUTRAL position.
3. Align the ‘ ’ mark on the
throttle grip with the projected end
of the ‘ ’ mark on the handle.
4. Turn the engine switch key to the
START position and hold it there
until the engine starts.
When the engine starts, release the
key, allowing it to return to the ON
position.
