Headlight & Taillight

Headlight Bulb
1. Remove the front visor bolts (1) and pull out
the front visor (2).

2. Disconnect the headlight connector (3).
Remove the dust cover (4).

To pull the headlight bulb out, push
and turn the headlight bulb socket (5)
counterclockwise.

4. Install a new headlight bulb (6) into the
headlight unit while aligning the tab (7) with
the groove (8) of the headlight unit.
If you touch the bulb with your bare hands, clean
it with a cloth moistened with denatured alcohol
to prevent early bulb failure.

5. To install the headlight bulb socket (5), push
and turn it clockwise.
6. Install the dust cover (4) tightly against the
headlight unit with its “TOP” mark (9) facing
up.

7. Connect the headlight connector (3).
Install the front visor by aligning its
grommets (10) with the tabs (11) on the
steering stem.
Install and tighten the front visor bolts.
