Rules for Setting Cabinet IDs
Each cabinet has a unique ID defined by the setting of the push-wheel switch on
the back of the door OCP. The following rules apply to cabinet IDs:
1. The left most system cabinet has an ID of 0.
2. All subsequent cabinet IDs are incremented as cabinets are added to the
platform first to the right and then to the left of the first system cabinet.
(Orientation is the front of the system.)
The result of these rules is that all cabinets to the right of cabinet 0 have odd ID
numbers and all cabinets to the left of cabinet 0 have even ID numbers.
