Before removing the USB board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 22).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 23).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 25).
Remove the USB board:
1. Disconnect the 30-pin cable from the ZIF connector on the top of the USB board (1).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screw (2) that secures the USB board bracket to the computer.
3. Remove the two broadhead Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (3) that secure the USB board to the computer.
4. Lift and turn the board upside down to access the connector underneath (4).
5. Release the ZIF connector on the bottom of the USB board (1), and then disconnect the 40-pin cable (2).
