Web site. Access the HP Web site by logging on to the Internet at
http://www.hp.com. Select your country or region from the
drop-down list.
Be sure to have the following items and information available
before you call HP:
■ Your Tablet PC Docking Station
■ Serial numbers of all HP hardware (located on the product
identification labels attached to the hardware)
■ Conditions under which the problem has occurred
■ Hardware and software you are using (if applicable)
■ A list of the devices and error messages received
