Second display transfer board
NOTE: The second display transfer board spare part kit does not include the cable. The cable is available as
spare part number L65580-001.
NOTE: Liquid metal thermal grease is available as spare part number L65923-001.

Before removing the second display transfer board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 26).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 27).
3. Disconnect the battery (see Battery and speakers on page 32).
Remove the second display transfer board:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the second display transfer board (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screws (2) that secure the board to the computer.
3. Remove the board from the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the second display transfer board
