Powering off (turning off) the tablet
The Power off command closes all open programs, including the operating system, and then turns off
the display and tablet.
Power off the tablet under any of the following conditions:

When the tablet will be unused and disconnected from external power for an extended period
Follow the recommended Android shutdown procedure:
1. Press and hold the power button until the Power off message appears.
2. Touch Power off.
If the tablet is unresponsive and you are unable to use the Android power-off procedure, try the
following emergency procedures in the sequence provided:

Press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds.
●
Disconnect the tablet from external power.
