The Bluetooth visibility may have timed out. Re-enable the Bluetooth visibility or
change the timeout period.
On the Bluetooth settings screen, touch > Visibility timeout to select a period and
enable Bluetooth visibility.
Your phone may not be within the working range of Bluetooth.
Make sure your phone is within 10 m of other Bluetooth devices.

4.14 Why can't I transfer files to another Bluetooth device
that I've already paired with?
The distance between your phone and the other Bluetooth device is over 10 meters.
The other Bluetooth device did not respond to your file transfer request in time.
The other Bluetooth device does not support the format of the file you are trying to
send.
4.15 Can I connect my phone to a computer and access the
Internet using Bluetooth?
You can connect your phone to a computer using Bluetooth, but you cannot access the
Internet on your phone after the connection is set up.
4.16 How do I copy files from my phone to a computer?
Use a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer in Media device (MTP) mode.
You can then transmit files between your phone and the computer.
