7.5.2 Assembling the ignition module
1. Place the nut holder on the ignition module.
2. Twist the hub to the correct position so that the
ignition module is correctly positioned next to the
hub magnet. The air column between the ignition
module and the hub should be
0.2 mm
. Place
airgap tool 544 01 68-01 between the hub and the
ignition module.
Note: Make sure the contact plate remains on the
right-hand screw that holds the ignition module.
3. Fasten the two screws.
4. Mount the short-circuit cables.
5. Push down the sparkplug cap and seat the ignition
cable in the clip.

IMPORTANT!
Make sure the ignition cable sits firmly in
the clip. The cable can get caught in the fan
