FS7000 D
Flush and clean radiator and cooling system
• Remove the back cover, put an extension on the valve and
open the valve. Remove the lid on top and empty the
system.
• Close the valve and refill the radiator coolant.
For more information, see the ”Technical data” section.
FS5000 D
Fill up until the coolant level is between the two marks on the
radiator coolant overflow bottle when engine is cool.
FS7000 D
The coolant level should reach the start of the tube inside.
Yearly maintenance
Replace outer and inner air filter
Remove the rear cover by opening the 3 air filter housing
clamps and pulling the housing off. Replace both filters and
refit them in reverse order.
Check coolant freeze protection
Maintain 50/50 mixture of glycol and water. For more
information, see the ”Technical data” section.

CAUTION! Let the engine cool down before
opening the radiator coolant lid.

CAUTION! The 3 air filter housing clamps
can not be closed unless the outer air filter
is properly installed.
