complete the following steps:
a. Check the other system logs for related entries and actions.
b. Reinstall the server device drivers.
c. Reinstall the operating system.

following steps:
a. Remove the adapter from the PCI slot that has the lit error
LED.
b. If the error continues, replace the riser-card assembly that
has the error LED lit.

replace the system board.
3. Remove all PCI adapters from the server. (Trained service
technician only) If the error continues, replace the system
board.
