For technical assistance or service questions outside the U.S.A.

Before returning a unit for service outside the U.S.A., contact your
local distributor or one of the IDEAL INDUSTRIES Corporation
offices listed below. If your local distributor does not have a service
facility, they will provide assistance in returning the tester to an
authorized IDEAL INDUSTRIES service facility.
