Engine Control

Stop Motor Function

A Key Switch ON

B Key Switch OFF

With the key switch in the ON position, the power flows

through relay and energises the actuating coil of relay 2

which supplies current to rotate the stop motor.

The stop motor and the switch within the motor are

interlocked. When the motor moves to the operating position,

the switch switches to the lower position, and the power

supply of the motor turns OFF and stops.

The stop motor rotates and when the motor moves to the

stop position, the switch switches to the upper position and

the power supply of the motor turns OFF and stops. The

engine stops.
