Changing the Breaker In-line Filter
Note: This filter should be changed at the intervals stated in
Service Schedules or when the visual indicator X has
popped up. DO NOT USE THE BREAKER WITH A
BLOCKED FILTER.
1 Prepare the Machine
Position the machine on level ground. Stop the engine.
Remove the starter key.
2 Release Tank Pressure
(See Releasing Tank Pressure).
3 Locate the Filter
4 Remove the Oil Filter
Unscrew and remove filter A from head B.
5 Fit the New Filter
Coat the seal of the new filter with clean hydraulic fluid.
Screw the new filter into head B and tighten. Check and
top up the hydraulic fluid level.
Changing the Drain Line Filter
1 Prepare the Machine
Position the machine on level ground. Stop the engine.
Remove the starter key.
2 Release Tank Pressure
(See Releasing Tank Pressure).
3 Locate the Filter
4 Remove the Oil Filter
Unscrew and remove filter A from head B.
5 Fit the New Filter
Coat the seal of the new filter with clean hydraulic fluid.
Screw the new filter into head B and tighten. Check and
top up the hydraulic fluid level.
