Youcan sotthe oven tocook
your recipesthat requiretwo-stage
cooking. Inotherwords, ifyour recipe
calls for two temperaturesettings,
the control can beprogrammed to
automatica]lychange from thefirst
temperature/timesettingto the second.
Youwill not have to returnto the ovento
program the secondtemperatureand
time. Thecontroldoes this foryou.
NOTE:If there is a power outage,youwill
haveto resetmulti-stagecooking.
To set multi(two) stagecooking:
1. TouchtheBAKEor
CONVECTIONSELECT
pad.

not Include preheattime. At the
preheattone, put your food inthe
oven. Whenthe firstcookfngstage is
complete,the controlwill displaythe
second temperatureand cooking time
that youhave chosen.Theovenwill shut
off whenthe secondstageof cooking is
complete,but the beep willcontfnueuntfl
youtouch theCLE/_R/OFFpad.
• Touchand holdthe MULTI STAGEpad
during the firstcookingstage to recall
the temperature/timeof the second
stage of your recipe.
• Ifyou decide that you do notwant to
cookthe recipeusingthe multistage
settings,touch the OLE/_/OFF pad
and itwill be cancelled.
• For multi-stagecooking,you canuse
a saved recipe recallfor oneor both
stages ofcooking.
