DIFFERENTIAL CASE
CHECKING OIL LEVEL
1. Remove the level plug and check that the oil is near
the bottom edge of the plug hole.
If the oil level low, remove the oil filler plug and add
oil.
CHANGING OIL
1. Remove the oil filler plug, then remove the drain plug
and drain the oil.
2. After draining oil, tighten the drain plug, then add oil
through the oil filler port to the specified level.
3. After filling with oil, check the oil level.
Oil change amount: 20
(5.28 USgal, 4.40 UKgal)
NOTICE:
Always use SAE90 for the gear oil.

REMARK:
On the TORQFLOW lift truck, the differential case and
TORQFLOW transmission case each use their own oil,
so after checking or changing the oil the differential case,
it is necessary to check or change the oil in the TORQ-
FLOW transmission case.
CAUTION
The oil is at high temperature immediately after
stopping work. Wait for the temperature to go down
before starting the operation.
